Key Responsibilities
As the Production Lead, your core responsibilities will include:

Video and Digital Content Production: Lead the production of high-quality video content for online courses on external platforms like FutureLearn and the University’s VLE.

Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure video content aligns with educational goals and course objectives.

Creative and Technical Leadership: Oversee the creative and technical aspects of video production, from conceptualization to final editing. This includes developing animated learning assets and other multimedia content.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Course Design Teams to create engaging learning journeys through innovative multimedia content.

Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of multimedia content.

Innovation and Enhancement: Contribute ideas for enhancing digital learning experiences, leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive educational advancement.

Quality Control: Ensure all video content adheres to high standards of quality, both in terms of visual appeal and educational effectiveness.

Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of new developments in digital learning and multimedia production to continuously improve the content production process.
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven Experience in Multimedia Production: A solid background in video production, with experience in filming, editing, and post-production processes.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with SMEs, stakeholders, and team members.

Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
