Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with teams across Product, Marketing, and Communications to align designs with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain designs within an established design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Create and iterate on user-centric designs using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and enhance design decisions.
- Present design ideas effectively through prototypes, presentations, and documentation.
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to inform creative strategies.
- Provide mentorship to team members, fostering growth and excellence in design practices.
- Balance creative innovation with practical constraints to deliver feasible design solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in product design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user-centered design and work within an established design system.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.
- Experience in leading design initiatives and mentoring team members is a plus.
