Role & Team Overview: Join the Business Strategy & Analytics Team, where our mission is to analyze business trends, empower data-driven decisions, and enhance user experiences. Scribd’s unique content library and organic global user base offer a distinctive opportunity to create impactful solutions at scale for a diverse international audience. The Content Product Analyst will collaborate with product managers to improve how users discover and enjoy content from our extensive library.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product teams to design and implement data-driven experiments and A/B tests.
- Analyze user behavior, conversion rates, and content performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimizing search and recommendation systems.
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations for critical KPIs.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and design a Product Analytics roadmap aligned with the UGC strategy.
- Ensure accurate data collection by working closely with engineering teams on tracking implementation and data integrity.
- Enhance data infrastructure and architecture in collaboration with data engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in product analytics within high-velocity environments.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and advanced analytics techniques like funnel and cohort analysis.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Exceptional communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science). A Master’s degree is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range (Canada): $95,500 CAD – $142,000 CAD
