Role Overview: Product Administrator
We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Administrator to join our dynamic team in Leicester. This is a crucial role within the Menswear team, where you’ll coordinate and manage the day-to-day logistics of our product shoots. The role is fast-paced, involving multiple tasks that ensure seamless operations and maintain the high standards of Next’s product presentations.
As a Product Administrator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the pagination process for clothing and non-clothing items, managing samples for photoshoots, and maintaining clear communication with the wider product team. You will also be a key player in ensuring the efficiency and timeliness of all processes involved in product shoots.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of important tasks within the fashion industry. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Product Pagination

Coordinate pagination for both clothing and non-clothing categories, ensuring products are correctly categorized and prepared for photoshoots.
2. Shoot Coordination

Manage the logistical flow of all shoot samples, from sorting and dispatching to the studio or back to the team.

Oversee the scheduling of multiple shoots per week, typically 2-3, ensuring everything is in place for each session.
3. Sample Management

Proactively manage the chasing of samples required for styling days, photoshoots, and repro checks.

Ensure all samples are tracked and delivered on time to meet deadlines.
4. Communication & Collaboration

Develop and maintain strong communication with the wider team, including Buyers, Trainees, and Assistant Buyers.

Build positive relationships with all product teams to ensure a smooth workflow and timely execution of all tasks.
5. Repro Checks

Handle repro checks to ensure that all necessary product details and information are accurate and ready for presentation.
