Job Overview

Position: Part-time Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: 11 AM – 5 PM EST (Part-time)
Salary: $600–$700 per month

Our client is a dynamic company specializing in helping startup founders scale their businesses with the support of multi-functional generalist operators. They’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-time Virtual Assistant to manage administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth daily workflows and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Provide data entry and general administrative assistance following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Influencer Program Management

  • Track influencer posts in the system and follow up to ensure all deliverables are met.

Social Media Assistance

  • Post content on platforms like Meta and TikTok, and monitor engagement metrics.

Order and Inventory Management

  • Manage Amazon orders, update the Shopify backend, and maintain inventory reports in line with SOPs.

Calendar and Email Management

  • Use G Suite to oversee the Founder’s email and calendar, ensuring effective scheduling and timely responses.

Operational Support

  • Help with process improvements, data organization, and other operational tasks to enhance team efficiency.

Tool Adaptability

  • Learn and navigate new tools and systems quickly to meet team needs.

What Success Looks Like

  • Accurate Data Management: Maintain error-free data entries and reports.
  • Streamlined Operations: Ensure smooth coordination of orders, inventory, and influencer deliverables.
  • Enhanced Social Media Presence: Regular posting and tracking of social media engagement.
  • Proactive Founder Support: Effective management of emails and calendars to enable strategic focus.
  • Clear Communication: Foster timely and professional communication within and outside the team.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 1+ years in an administrative or virtual assistant role, preferably supporting startups.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Skills

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in G Suite for managing email and calendars.
  • Comfortable working with data, numbers, and reports.
