Nemesis Coachworks is seeking a skilled and experienced Panel Beater to join our team. This role involves repairing and preparing vehicles to the exceptional standards set by BSI and individual manufacturers. Salary: £35,000–£48,000/year
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Repairs
- Perform high-standard repairs, including jig work, welding, and dent pulling.
- Conduct preparation tasks such as masking, sanding, priming, and filling.
- Ensure vehicles are repaired and prepped to a flawless finish, ready for paint application.
Quality Control & Maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly handle tools and equipment.
- Stay updated on vehicle repair processes and standards.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of work completed.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in jig operations and dent pulling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional results.
Personal Attributes
- Highly motivated with a professional attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ownership of a well-stocked toolbox is preferred.
- Reliable with a valid full driving license.
