Internship Overview
Lendsqr is looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our internship program. This paid remote internship offers young talent the chance to gain hands-on experience in financial technology and digital lending, with roles across Product Management, Product Support, Marketing, Engineering, Growth, and Finance. This opportunity will build foundational skills in tech and finance while working with cutting-edge innovations.
- Internship Duration: 3 months (summer interns), 6 months (SIWES interns), or up to 1 year (Youth Corps).
- Remote: Currently, we are hiring only within Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teams in customer service, partner relations, software support, and systems maintenance.
- Assist in technical troubleshooting and provide support for cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management.
- Organize resources and contribute to maintaining system efficiency.
Eligibility Requirements
- Education: SIWES students or recent graduates (with or without NYSC).
- Academic Achievement: Minimum of 2:1 in any field.
- Age: Not more than 23 years old.
- Interest in Fintech: Must be passionate about developing a career in fintech.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Process-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
