Naijatutors Konnect Inc is an online tutoring company dedicated to providing high-quality education to students in Nigeria. We are looking for passionate educators to teach secondary school English, Maths, and Sciences. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely and make a positive impact on students’ lives.
Position: Online Tutor – Maths, English, Sciences, and EYFS
Location: Remote (Nigeria)
Salary: ₦4,000 per hour
Start Date: 01/08/2024
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Lessons: Deliver one-on-one and group classes, each 60 minutes long.
- Engage Students: Use video conferencing tools, graphics, PowerPoint, and other resources to make lessons interactive.
- Resourceful Teaching: Find and utilize the right materials to effectively teach the assigned subjects.
- Flexible Location: Teach from anywhere with a computer, webcam, and stable internet connection.
Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English speaker at an idiomatic level.
- Curriculum Experience: Previous experience teaching British and North American curricula.
- Online Teaching Experience: Minimum of two years.
- Engaging Personality: Positive, energetic, and warm demeanor.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using video conferencing tools, quiz links, Google Docs, and Google Forms.
- Passion for Teaching: Enthusiastic about the subjects being taught.
- Technical Requirements: High-speed internet and a reliable laptop or teaching tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in online teaching.
- Certification: Teachers Certification required.
