Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration & Employee Support
- Maintain employee records and databases with up-to-date and accurate information.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Organize training records, inductions, and safety-critical medicals.
- Coordinate HR documentation, reports, and compliance requirements.
2. Office Administration & Operational Support
- Handle general office management tasks, including printing, scanning, and document organization.
- Support day-to-day business operations and workflow coordination.
- Assist teams across departments, including marketing, project management, and site operations.
3. Process Optimization & Compliance
- Maintain ISO-standard documentation and contribute to regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with managers to enhance workplace efficiency and administrative processes.
What We’re Looking For
1. Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Education: Diploma of Higher Education (preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR, office administration, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information.
