As a Staff Nurse in Rampton Hospital, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality care for patients with mental health disorders, personality disorders, and learning disabilities.


Key Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will:

Clinical Care and Treatment

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s needs.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, carers, and other professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

  • Monitor and manage medication as per Trust policy, ensuring patient safety.

  • Administer healthcare interventions designed to reduce patient stress, manage risk, and aid in recovery.

  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control guidelines, adhering to established health protocols.

Patient Records and Legal Compliance

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records (both written and digital), ensuring confidentiality and safety.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Nursing and a PIN in view for completion by Summer 2025.

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

  • Demonstrable understanding of high secure forensics and experience in clinical risk assessments.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, with a compassionate and caring approach.

Desirable Experience
