As an MEP Planner, you’ll play a key role in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met. This position is based at the company’s London headquarters, with visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed design, procurement, and construction schedules.
- Provide regular progress briefings to senior management.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress.
- Produce client-facing project plans with precise documentation.
- Collaborate closely with on-site teams to address project challenges.
- Perform delay analysis and support Extension of Time (EOT) applications.
- Stay updated on legislative changes affecting project planning.
- Maintain accurate project records.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in MEP planning, particularly at the tender stage.
- Proficient in tools like Asta Power project or MS Project.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes from feasibility to completion.
- Competent in addressing challenges across multiple construction phases.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communicator, confident in delivering briefings to various stakeholders.

- Proof of English language proficiency.
- Clear immigration history.
- Tuberculosis test (if applicable).
