Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Breaks:
- 1-hour lunch
- 15-minute morning break

Key Responsibilities
As a Master Technician, your role will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to manufacturer standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Vehicle Diagnostics & Repairs
- Identify, diagnose, and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Perform high-quality repairs on engines, transmissions, and other key components.
- Test vehicle parts and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Technical & Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Use professional manuals and manufacturer guidelines to execute repairs.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations in the workshop.
Customer & Team Interaction
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repair work when required.
- Mentor and assist junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Work closely with workshop controllers and service advisors to optimize workflow.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics.
- Formal qualification as a Master Technician (e.g., IMI Level 4 or equivalent).
- Strong expertise in petrol, diesel, and hybrid engines.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and vehicle software systems.
- Valid UK driving license or international driving permit (conversion assistance available).
Preferred Experience
- Previous employment at a dealership service center.
- Experience working with premium brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior technicians.

- You must meet the UK Skilled Worker Visa requirements, including passing the IELTS English language test, if applicable.
