We are seeking a strategic HR Operations Service Delivery Leader to oversee GE Vernova’s People Operations framework across various Business Units (Bus). In this role, you will manage a team of delivery managers responsible for streamlining HR processes, addressing escalations, and supporting strategic HR projects to enhance compliance, efficiency, and productivity. This is a key leadership position offering an opportunity to shape HR operations and drive process improvements within a complex, matrixed organization.

Job Summary

Job Position: Manager – HR Operations Service Delivery Leader

Location: United Kingdom

Salary: £120,000 – £180,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Operations Management: Lead a team to handle HR requests, data management, lifecycle management, and escalations, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop expertise in HR operations and leverage this knowledge to guide Bus towards advanced systems, processes, and administrative vendor options.
  • Project Support: Assist with BU-specific projects, including reorganizations, acquisitions, and legal entity simplifications.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Serve as a skilled influencer, communicating complex HR operations insights and building consensus across HR and business teams.
  • Data Analysis and Decision Making: Use technical and analytical expertise to evaluate data, make strategic decisions, and support process improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Drive transformative changes by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements in HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree or equivalent experience (high school diploma/GED with extensive relevant experience may be considered).
  • Experience: Proven experience in a service-oriented HR environment, preferably in Payroll & Benefits or People Operations.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday), with demonstrated success in project management and process improvements.
