Key Responsibilities for the Lecturer in Leadership and People Management

Conduct high-quality, impactful research in leadership, HRM, or people management, especially relating to healthcare environments.

Develop and deliver innovative, evidence-based teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, employing digital pedagogies and inclusive learning methods.

Supervise PhD and Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) students, fostering a strong doctoral research culture.
