Programme Overview
Our Commercial Graduate Trainee Programme is a three-year structured initiative aimed at building skills and competencies while performing real job tasks from day one. Participants will gain insights into the Julius Berger business and receive tailored development and support for career progression. Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Academic Performance: Minimum of Second Class Upper.
- Technical Skills: Basic IT proficiency.
- Experience: NYSC completed within the past year.
- Language: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Age: Not older than 26 years.
