About the Internship Role
Lendsqr is seeking exceptional young individuals who are passionate about building a career in administrative, operational, and customer-related roles. Our internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial technology industry, work with cutting-edge technologies, and acquire valuable skills applicable to various career paths.
Interns may be assigned to different teams based on their educational background, including Product Management, Product Support, Marketing, Engineering, Growth, and Finance.
Internship Duration
- Summer Interns: 3 months
- SIWES Interns: 6 months
- Youth Corpers: Up to 1 year
Responsibilities
- Support various teams in customer support, partner engagement, software maintenance, and system management.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and providing technical support.
- Organize and maintain resources.
- Contribute to areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management.
Requirements
- SIWES students or recent university graduates, with or without NYSC experience.
- Minimum of 2:1 from any field of study.
- Not more than 23 years old at the last birthday.
- Strong interest in fintech and a desire to develop a career in this space.
- Curiosity and a track record of tinkering.
Competencies and Skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Process-driven and deadline-oriented.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Pay and Benefits
- Base pay.
- Monthly data bonus.
- Successful graduate interns may be offered full-time contracts.
