Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll provide exceptional support to AOP Christian Homeschool, helping students and parents navigate their educational journey with Imagine Learning. This position is remote, beginning in January 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and timely customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate clearly with both internal teams and external customers.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively, recommending products and solutions as needed.
- Utilize multiple CRM systems to assist customers efficiently.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support team goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service; CRM experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, team-oriented, professional demeanor, and ability to manage time effectively.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: $14.41 – $14.50 per hour.
