1. Unit Head, Product Control

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the product control function for the bank, ensuring accuracy in all financial instruments, derivatives, and treasury products.
- Review monthly positions, income recognition, and valuation to maintain proper accounting treatments for financial products.
- Conduct stress tests and sensitivity analysis to assess risks from interest rates, exchange rates, and market prices.
- Monitor daily trading activities, ensuring compliance with approved limits, and report any breaches.
- Prepare monthly reports for the Financial Controller and CFO, including performance, risk, and income attribution.
- Advise treasury on P&L postings, reconciliations, and other adjustments related to treasury activities.
- Contribute to the review of product papers and accounting parameters in all treasury systems.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide guidance on the impact on the bank’s treasury portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Professional certifications like CFA or ACA/ACCA are essential.

2. Team Lead, Product Control
