Key Responsibilities
As an Improvement Engineer, you will:
- Maintenance Management: Handle tasks related to machinery, electrical systems, and HVAC equipment.
- Planned Maintenance Enhancement: Upgrade existing systems for breakdown repair and condition monitoring.
- Downtime Analysis: Identify and address recurring issues to improve machine uptime and availability.
- Communication: Develop clear reporting processes to keep stakeholders informed.
- Project Management: Lead and deliver departmental improvement projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement cost-saving and efficiency measures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operational teams on daily engineering challenges.
- Sub-Contractor Management: Oversee and coordinate external contractors.
- Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment.
- General Administration: Handle administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (required)
