Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring efficient and seamless functioning.
- Supervise and motivate hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Deliver outstanding guest services and promptly resolve complaints or issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and maximize revenue.
- Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to attract new guests and promote the hotel.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the property.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and local regulations.
- Handle HR functions, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous leadership experience in the hospitality industry is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
Skills
- Strong supervisory and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
- Familiarity with HR practices, including hiring and training.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- UK Driving Licence is preferred.
