Key Responsibilities
As a Home Care Worker at ICare Group, you will provide vital support to clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
Personal Care Assistance

Helping clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
Daily Living Support

Assisting with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping to help clients manage their daily routines.
Companionship & Emotional Support

Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, ensuring they feel less isolated and more engaged.
Wellbeing Checks

Conducting regular checks to ensure the safety and comfort of clients, and reporting any concerns promptly.
Adherence to Policies
-
Ensuring compliance with all company policies, particularly regarding client privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
Contributing to Service Improvement

Participating in team meetings and providing ideas to improve care services and processes.

Key Qualifications

Experience in Care: Prior experience in care roles is advantageous but not mandatory. A genuine passion for helping others is essential.

Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of clients.

Driver’s License: A valid, clean driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.
