Shifts Available: 37.5 hours a week, flexible shifts between Monday and Sunday (7 AM – 10 PM)

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Worker, your role will encompass a variety of duties designed to support and enhance the lives of those under your care:

Provide Personal Care

Assist clients with essential personal tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while ensuring their dignity and comfort.

Support Daily Living

Help clients with daily activities like meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.

Offer Companionship

Provide emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of isolation and promoting mental wellbeing.

Conduct Wellbeing Checks

Perform regular checks to ensure clients are safe, comfortable, and that their needs are being met.

Ensure Compliance

Follow company policies and procedures regarding client privacy, health and safety, and care standards.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement

Engage in team meetings and share ideas to enhance service delivery and care processes.
