Job Summary
- Position: Home Care Support Worker / Skilled Worker
- Location: United Kingdom (Lincolnshire areas)
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary: £11.90 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care while maintaining the dignity and respect of service users.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Assist with manual handling needs using appropriate equipment.
- Promote the health, well-being, and independence of service users.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own transport.
- Reside in or near the following areas of Lincolnshire:
- Spalding
- Holbeach
- Pinchbeck
- Long Sutton
- Sutton Bridge
- Donington
- Gosberton
- Quadring
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
- Strong time management, communication, and reliability.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations.
