Position Overview
The Community Intern will play an essential role in managing and growing the Her Campus Campus Trendsetters, InfluenceHer Collective, and College Fashionista communities. This internship offers hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and social media strategy. The intern will help brainstorm content, develop recruitment strategies for influencers, analyze community performance, and contribute to client campaigns and event programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Management: Assist in managing the Campus Trendsetters, InfluenceHer Collective, and College Fashionista communities.
- Content Development: Brainstorm, edit, and develop content for social media platforms.
- Recruitment Strategy: Create and implement strategies for recruiting new influencers and community members.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze community performance and engagement.
- Client Campaigns: Collaborate on client-driven projects and events.
- Alumni Network Management: Support the maintenance and growth of the alumni network.
Qualifications
- Current College Undergraduate: Must be actively pursuing a degree.
- Strong Communication & Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Tech Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
- Passionate About Her Campus Mission: Dedicated to supporting Her Campus’s goal of empowering the next generation.
- Interest in Community Management: A desire to grow in community building, social media content creation, marketing, and project management.
- Her Campus Community Member Preferred: Prior involvement in the Her Campus community is a plus.
