Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Assist with daily living activities tailored to individual care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report changes in their condition.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure a high standard of care.
- Travel to various locations for home care visits, ensuring a safe and clean environment for service users.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferred Experience:
- 1 year in a care home or home care setting (not mandatory).
- Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong IT skills for maintaining accurate records.
- Teamwork and self-motivation.
- Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to delivering quality care.
- Additional Requirements:
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle (advantageous for UK sponsorship eligibility).
