Our services cater to clients with learning difficulties, dementia, mental health needs, complex care requirements, and elderly care. As we expand in Truro and surrounding areas, we are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our compassionate team.
Location: Plymouth, United Kingdom
Salary: £12.00 – £15.00 per hour

The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Whether delivering personal care, providing companionship, or supporting independent living, your work will make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding, person-centered care.
- Assisting with personal care, including safe lifting and mobility.
- Administering medication as required.
- Supporting meal preparation and planning.
- Encouraging independence in line with individual care plans.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Have 3-6 months of UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
- Hold a valid driving license and have access to a car.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for healthcare and exceptional care delivery.
- Be friendly, caring, and considerate.
- Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
- Possess valid Right to Work in the UK.

Job Details
Contract Options: Full-time, part-time, temporary, fixed-term, or zero-hours contracts.
Shift Patterns: Flexible shifts including 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, weekdays, weekends, and nights.
Expected Hours: Up to 40 hours per week.
