Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Living: Support patients with personal care activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor & Report: Help implement care plans, observe patient progress, and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship, creating a warm and positive environment.
- Mobility Assistance: Help with patient mobility and transportation needs, including driving them to appointments if required.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure patient areas are clean and organized, following health and safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is highly desirable.
- Communication: Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- IT Skills: Ability to maintain accurate records using digital tools.
- Driving Ability: A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
