About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Summary
- Position: Handyman
- Location: United Kingdom (East and North London areas)
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing.
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of repairs and upkeep projects.
- Use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Diagnose and solve maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in property maintenance or the building trade.
- Must have your own tools.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Must live within easy commuting distance of East and North London.
