Key Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer, your key duties will include:
- Designing for Digital & Print Media: Create engaging visuals for a variety of platforms, including social media, websites, brochures, and flyers.
- Branding & Visual Identity: Enhance and maintain the company’s brand image across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency and appeal across all touchpoints.
- Custom Illustration: Develop unique, custom illustrations that align with the company’s brand identity.
- Mastering Adobe Creative Suite: Utilize software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality, impactful designs.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all design elements are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the company’s branding guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate concepts into visual representations, ensuring your designs meet the overall vision of the campaigns.
- Incorporating Green Initiatives: Integrate sustainability themes into your designs to align with our environmental values, creating a positive and eco-friendly image for our brand.
Qualifications & Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in Graphic Design: A minimum of 1 year of professional graphic design experience is preferred, with a portfolio showcasing your creativity and design skills.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
- Branding & Visual Identity Experience: Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create cohesive design solutions that align with a company’s identity.
- Custom Illustration Skills: Experience in designing custom illustrations that bring unique elements to brand storytelling.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is required to maintain accuracy and consistency in design elements.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Requirements:
- Location: The role is based in Leicester, and you must be able to reliably commute to our office or relocate to the area before starting work.

- Work Schedule: This is a full-time role with a standard Monday to Friday work schedule.
