What You’ll Be Doing

As a Franchise Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and contribute to the success of the business. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Restaurant Operations Supervision

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring that all services are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Lead the team by setting clear expectations, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Monitor the performance of the team, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and professional work environment.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work to resolve issues quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure that the kitchen and service areas are fully stocked with necessary food and supplies.
  • Place orders for stock and maintain relationships with suppliers to meet business needs effectively.

Team Development and Compliance

  • Assist in training and motivating the team, ensuring that each member has the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Oversee the hygiene and safety standards of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with all food safety regulations and UK health guidelines.
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure optimal team performance.

Franchise Compliance and Growth

  • Support franchise compliance, ensuring that all brand standards and procedures are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the management team to introduce new processes that help improve operations and drive business growth.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, we are seeking an individual with a strong background in restaurant management and leadership within the hospitality sector.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant supervision, management, or hospitality leadership.
  • A strong understanding of food safety regulations, health & hygiene standards, and compliance in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team to consistently deliver high-quality service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required to meet business needs.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working in a franchise environment is a plus, as you will be required to uphold franchise guidelines and ensure consistency across locations.
