About the Role
Dignity Carers is seeking Female Domiciliary Health Care Assistants who are compassionate, reliable, and ready to support vulnerable individuals in the community. This role provides meaningful work assisting elderly and infirm clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
This opportunity is open to candidates already residing in the UK on a student or care worker visa who are eligible to switch to Tier 2 sponsorship.

Salary: £11.90–£12.50 per hour
Work Hours: 37–48 hours per week
Visa Sponsorship: Tier 2 sponsorship available (for UK-based applicants only)
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to clients’ homes to provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily tasks.
- Support clients with activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Offer domestic support, including light housekeeping.
- Provide respectful and individualized care to promote clients’ independence.
Requirements
- Residency: Must already reside in the UK on a student or care worker visa (not open to overseas applicants).
- Driving License: A full UK driving license is required, along with access to a vehicle.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Evesham or surrounding areas if not already living nearby.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Willingness to Travel: Comfortable with travel to clients’ homes (mileage and travel between calls paid).
- Ability to undergo a DBS check.

Work Schedule
