Key Responsibilities of a Female Community Carer
As a Female Community Carer at RJS Resourcing Ltd, your role will involve providing crucial daily living support to individuals in their homes. Your key responsibilities include:

Assisting with Daily Living Activities: Helping clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Medication Administration: Ensuring clients take their prescribed medications as per their care plan.

Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding where necessary.

Transporting Clients: Safely driving clients to medical appointments, social outings, and other necessary destinations.

Emotional Support: Providing companionship, emotional support, and engaging in conversation to ensure the well-being of clients.

Health and Safety Adherence: Following strict guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during care delivery.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

Minimum of 1 Year of Care Experience: Ideally within a community care setting. Other relevant care experience will also be considered.

Valid UK Driving License: A clean driving license and access to your own transport is essential for this role.

Fluent in English: You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

Friendly and Patient Demeanor: You should be a compassionate and reliable individual who is patient and empathetic to the needs of others.

References: You must be able to provide references for the last 3 years of employment (with any employment gaps explained).
Desirable Skills and Experience
While not essential, the following will be an advantage:

Experience in Community Care: Experience in a community setting where care is provided to individuals in their homes.

Specialist Care Experience: Experience working with individuals with specific care needs, such as elderly individuals or those with disabilities.

Qualification in Health and Social Care: A formal qualification in health and social care, such as an NVQ or diploma, will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
