Salary: £27,922 per year (£11.94 per hour)
Contract: Full-time, 45 hours per week (fixed two-week roster)

Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care
- Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Promoting independence and respecting clients’ dignity.
- Medication Support
- Administering medication as per care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of medications given.
- Daily Living Assistance
- Supporting clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.
- Encouraging and facilitating independence in daily activities.
- Companionship
- Building meaningful relationships to reduce social isolation.
- Providing emotional support and engaging clients in activities they enjoy.
- Transportation
- Driving clients to appointments or community events as needed.
Requirements
- Driving License: Valid UK car or motorcycle license and access to your own vehicle (essential).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in home care (required).
- DBS Check: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance.
- Time Management: Strong punctuality and organizational skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems for record-keeping.
- Relocation: Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Woodbridge before starting work.
