About the Role
As a Female Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to elderly and vulnerable individuals in their own homes. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our service users while fostering a balanced work-life setting for staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care and assistance to individuals in their homes.
- Build positive relationships with service users, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide support with daily activities, including personal care and mobility assistance.
- Maintain a high standard of communication and documentation.
- Commit to shifts as follows:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Drivers only; alternate weekends required).
- 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Drivers only; alternate weekends required).
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential
- Genuine empathy and understanding for others.
- Reliability and dedication to providing the best care possible.
- Effective communication skills and professionalism.
- Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
Desirable
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant (not required as full training is provided).
