CAS Care Solutions is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our expanding team as Female Care Assistants. This position offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible working hours to fit your life commitments. We provide skilled worker visa sponsorship for candidates already residing in the UK. You will be supporting clients within the community, specifically in the New Milton area of the New Forest.
Key Responsibilities
As a Female Care Assistant, your role will focus on providing personalized care to individuals in the community, helping them with both physical and emotional support. The key responsibilities include:
1. Personal Care Assistance

Assisting clients with essential personal care activities such as bathing, showering, toileting, and oral hygiene.

Ensuring that clients are dressed in clean, comfortable clothing.

Changing sanitary products and ensuring the comfort and dignity of clients throughout their daily routine.
2. Domestic Duties

Light household cleaning tasks including dusting, hoovering, laundry, and general tidying.

Helping with gardening, as needed, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment for the client.
3. Mobility and Health Support
-
Assisting individuals with mobility issues, learning disabilities, or physical impairments.

Helping clients with eating, drinking, and maintaining proper nutrition and hydration.

Preparing nutritious meals tailored to clients’ dietary requirements.
4. Medication Management

Prompting clients to take their prescribed medications.

Administering medication as per the care plan, ensuring accuracy in timing and dosage.

Observing and recording medication intake.
5. Specialized Care Plans

Providing support according to personalized care plans that address specific client needs.

Regularly updating care notes and notifying management of any changes in the client’s condition.
6. Mental and Physical Stimulation

Promoting physical activity and engagement through planned activities like walking, reading, or watching TV.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle (required).

Minimum 1 year of experience in care (required).

Work Schedule
