Eligibility Requirements

To apply for the Federal Ministry of Steel Bootcamp Training Program, applicants must meet the following criteria based on their chosen specialization:

  1. Welding and Fabrication
    • Must be a Nigerian citizen with valid identification
    • Aged between 18-40 yearsBasic knowledge of welding (preferred but not required
    • At least a secondary school O’ Level certificate
    • Proficiency in English
    • A statement of purpose explaining why you should be selected for the program
  2. Industrial Foundry and Metallurgy
    • Must be a Nigerian citizen with valid identification
    • Aged between 18-40 years
    • Basic knowledge of foundry techniques (preferred but not required)
    • Proficiency in English
    • A statement of purpose explaining why you should be selected
  3. Instrumentation & Control System and Mechanical Maintenance
    • A graduate of Electrical/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
    • Must be a Nigerian citizen with valid identification
    • Aged between 18-40 yearProficiency in English
