Job Title: Admin / HR Manager

Locations:

  • Abuja Municipal, Abuja (FCT)
  • Lagos Island and Mainland, Lagos
  • Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Mode: Onsite

Salary: N200,000 – N350,000 monthly

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Operations: Oversee and manage all administrative functions, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and supervision of administrative staff.
  • Recruitment: Handle recruitment processes, review resumes, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires.
  • Office Logistics: Coordinate office logistics and maintain facilities.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Review and update compensation and benefits plans, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies, communicate them to employees, and ensure consistent application.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and other employment-related regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
  • Training: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and ensure compliance with training requirements.
  • Employee Records: Maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation.
  • Strategic Support: Align HR practices with organizational goals and objectives to support the company’s overall business strategy.
  • Employee Retention: Execute employee retention programs such as end-of-season bonuses.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Administration or relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administration and HR.
  • Past experience with payroll or managing budgets.
  • Proficiency with HRIS.
  • Good interpersonal skills and responsive demeanor.
  • Knowledge of labor and corporate regulations and laws.
  • Professional, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Proactive with strong conflict management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
