The Egbin Power Entry-Level Engineer Program
We are currently seeking enthusiastic entry-level engineers to join our Maintenance Group. Key Responsibilities
As part of the Maintenance Group, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Routine and Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment and auxiliary systems.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Performance Assessments: Carry out inspections and performance assessments of key systems to optimize plant efficiency.
- Maintenance Scheduling: Execute planned maintenance schedules and tasks to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
- Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance or similar technical roles is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and operational systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
- A solid grasp of modern maintenance management practices and spare inventory control.
