The Egbin Power Entry-Level Engineer Program

We are currently seeking enthusiastic entry-level engineers to join our Maintenance Group. Key Responsibilities

As part of the Maintenance Group, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Routine and Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment and auxiliary systems.
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Performance Assessments: Carry out inspections and performance assessments of key systems to optimize plant efficiency.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Execute planned maintenance schedules and tasks to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Work Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance or similar technical roles is preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
    • Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations.
    • Familiarity with standard operating procedures for equipment maintenance and operational systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.
    • A solid grasp of modern maintenance management practices and spare inventory control.
