Your Role and Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Provide Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support Daily Activities: Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Promote Independence: Encourage clients to maintain their autonomy and a safe, comfortable environment.
- Build Relationships: Develop meaningful connections with clients and their families.
- Follow Care Plans: Adhere to individual care plans while documenting observations and changes.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle with business insurance.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Residence in Northampton or Northamptonshire.
