Celebrating a Decade of Empowering Nigerian Entrepreneurs
The Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award (DAAYTA) marks its 10th anniversary in 2025, a milestone in nurturing innovative Nigerian start-ups that contribute to economic growth. Established in 2015 by ARM in honor of its founding CEO, Deji Alli, the initiative is designed to support innovative thinkers creating sustainable economic value.
Program Overview
DAAYTA 2025, in partnership with TechnoVision’s TVC Labs, aligns with ARM’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It seeks to empower change leaders whose ideas enhance livelihoods and positively impact society while generating financial returns. The program invites registered start-ups with a minimum viable product (MVP) and customer base in critical sectors like agriculture, education, healthcare, housing, and transportation.
Event Details:
- Pre-Pitch Workshops and Award Presentations: April 2025 (Lagos, Nigeria, hybrid format).
- Applications are open to limited liability companies across Nigeria.
Key Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be Nigerian citizens aged 18 to 35.
- Submit original work with an MVP and customer base.
- Be duly incorporated as a limited liability company in Nigeria.
- Operate their company full-time.
- Be available for DAAYTA programs, including:
- Entrepreneurial education at Pan Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre.
- 5-month acceleration support for venture development by TVC Labs.
- Cover travel and associated expenses if required.
- Participate in a 2-day Pitch Workshop and Final Pitch Event (April 9–10, 2025).
- Commit to representing ARM as an ambassador.
Prizes and Benefits
The DAAYTA 2025 winner will receive ₦12,000,000 (twelve million naira) over one year for:
- Working capital contributions.
- Entrepreneurial education at Pan Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre (4–5 months).
- Acceleration support services for venture development by TVC Labs.
Entrepreneurial Education Program
The Certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (CEM) program at the Enterprise Development Centre, Pan-Atlantic University, combines:
- Self-paced online learning
- Facilitator-led sessions
- In-class experiences Participants gain access to expert business advisory services, fostering significant entrepreneurial growth.
Schedule: June/July to November/December 2025.
