Key Responsibilities
As a Nurse at Maes-Y-Dderwen, your duties will include:
- Delivering the highest standards of care, assessing residents’ needs, and enhancing their quality of life.
- Developing, reviewing, and updating care plans to support residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being.
- Managing medicine administration, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Supporting, guiding, and mentoring team members in alignment with NMC guidelines.
- Participating in quality and clinical governance initiatives to maintain best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose improvements.
- Effective communication and professional relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of IT and communication systems for managing care responsibilities.

Working Hours
- 36 hours per week (day shifts from 07:45 AM to 08:15 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid break).
Application Requirements
- NMC Registration: Required.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of nursing experience in the UK.
