  • Salary: £20.60 per hour

Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse at Maes-Y-Dderwen, your duties will include:

  • Delivering the highest standards of care, assessing residents’ needs, and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating care plans to support residents’ physical, social, and psychological well-being.
  • Managing medicine administration, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting, guiding, and mentoring team members in alignment with NMC guidelines.
  • Participating in quality and clinical governance initiatives to maintain best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Leadership abilities to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose improvements.

Working Hours

  • 36 hours per week (day shifts from 07:45 AM to 08:15 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid break).

  • NMC Registration: Required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of nursing experience in the UK.
