Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience) + fantastic benefits

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analytics Service Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the delivery and support of our services, ensuring they meet customer expectations and quality standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Service Management: Oversee delivery, ensure agreed service levels, and implement continual improvements.
  • Incident Resolution: Collaborate with the Technical Success Manager to diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently, keeping customers informed throughout.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze service delivery metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and refine processes for enhanced customer experiences.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate patterns, identify trends, and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven success in a customer management or leadership role within a technical or digital environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze technical data, identify issues, and drive solutions.
  • Skilled in presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using customer data to create insights that enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Expertise in process reengineering to improve efficiencies and customer experiences.
