Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

- Data Analysis: Analyze customer service data to identify trends and implement improvements to processes.

Key Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within customer service is required.
