Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain and enhance the quality of customer service delivery through continuous monitoring and feedback.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer service data to identify trends and implement improvements to processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing effective and timely resolutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills and service quality.
  • Multilingual Support: Utilize proficiency in English and Spanish to assist a diverse customer base.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within customer service is required.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and motivational skills, with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
