About the Role
As a Customer Experience Representative at Intellect Group, you will play a key role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via email, phone, and live chat. Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Problem Solving
- Provide exceptional customer support through email, phone, and live chat, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and identify areas for process optimization.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on company products and services, ensuring you can offer the best possible solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and industry knowledge.
