Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: €24,000-€26,000 per year

Your Mission as a Customer Care Agent

As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll play a vital role in the Customer Care team by:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing concerns about payments, invoicing, account management, and products.
  • Proposing tailored solutions to customer issues through in-depth product knowledge.
  • Guiding users, answering their queries, and documenting feedback for product improvement.
  • Evaluating product updates and providing recommendations for enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service for the European market.
  • Research and explain iubenda’s products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers in understanding and navigating the platform.
  • Maintain and document insights into customer interactions to improve service.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar role.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong enthusiasm for supporting a scale-up during its growth phase.

Preferred Skills (Added Value):

  • Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, German, Spanish, or Italian.

Work Location – 100% Remote or Hybrid Options
