Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Creation
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and more.
- Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for captions, posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead user-generated content campaigns to boost brand engagement.
Social Media Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all social media platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow followers, boost engagement, and increase visibility.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh.
Community Engagement
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community relationships.
- Plan and execute interactive campaigns, such as polls, contests, and Q&A sessions.
Analytics and Reporting
- Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms.
- Use insights to refine strategies and enhance future campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and audience growth.
Collaboration and Trendspotting
- Work with designers to create visually appealing content.
- Align content with broader business objectives by collaborating with marketing and business development teams.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and innovative campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and experiment with emerging content formats.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years managing social media accounts and creating brand content.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms, including their best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in content creation.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media performance data and inform strategies.
