With a Tier 1 contract with Sandwell Council for up to 10 years, we offer stable rotas and long-term job security.
We are looking for committed Community Care Workers to join our experienced team, providing essential support to help clients live comfortably in their own homes.

Your Role as a Community Care Worker
As part of the Double Up Team, you will work alongside a partner to ensure the safety and well-being of clients. We also offer single runs when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personal care with empathy and respect.
- Performing light domestic duties to support daily living.
- Providing companionship and building meaningful relationships.
- Maintaining accurate records of care and medication.
- Ensuring timely care delivery for the specified duration.
- Communicating effectively with management and adhering to company policies.
Shift Patterns
- Standard shifts:
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Reside in the UK and be eligible for sponsorship transfer.
- Have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
- Be fully flexible to work 5 days a week, including weekends.
- Possess a smartphone for app-based care systems.
- Pass an enhanced DBS check (provided by the company).
- Speak fluent English.
