Job Overview: Communications Manager

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication & Branding
- Develop, lead, and evaluate comprehensive communication strategies that resonate across both Arabic and English-speaking markets.
- Strengthen the MYSCOOP LABS brand narrative by identifying market opportunities and storytelling angles that differentiate us from competitors.
- Conduct ongoing communication audits and market analyses to ensure brand consistency and alignment with industry trends.
- Drive proactive and reactive communication efforts to address emerging news cycles and public discourse.
Media Relations & Public Engagement
- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, reporters, TV networks, digital editors, and content syndication partners.
- Coordinate and execute press briefings, interviews, and public statements on behalf of the company and executive leadership.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, press events, media panels, and academic forums.
- Manage crisis communication and ensure MYSCOOP LABS LTD’s messaging remains accurate, timely, and strategic.
Content Creation & Campaign Management
- Produce compelling written content including media kits, talking points, executive speeches, video scripts, thought leadership articles, case studies, and blog posts.
- Work with graphic designers and videographers to bring communication campaigns to life through multimedia storytelling.
- Launch targeted social media initiatives and digital PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and community growth.
- Lead internal newsletter development to ensure consistent communication across departments.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Required Qualifications and Skills
Academic Background and Language Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
- Native or near-native fluency in Arabic with excellent English proficiency—both written and verbal.
Experience and Professional Competencies
- 2-4 years of experience in public relations, strategic communications, or a media-facing role—ideally within a tech startup or digital media environment.
- Solid understanding of global news media, especially in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) and UK regions.
