Job Summary
The Walton Centre NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Commissioning Review Administrator to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Commissioning Review Programme Manager. In this role, the post holder will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of secretarial work and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities
1. Secretarial and Administrative Support

Provide administrative assistance for Board Meetings, Workstream Meetings, and Workshops.

Responsible for preparing meeting documents, including agendas and minutes, and ensuring timely distribution.

Diary management: Manage the electronic diary of the Commissioning Review Programme Manager.

Travel arrangements: Organize travel, accommodation, and other logistical requirements as needed.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring efficient communication.

Respond to telephone inquiries, providing high-level customer service to callers.
2. Meeting Organization and Documentation

Take and transcribe minutes during meetings, ensuring all key decisions are recorded accurately.

Organize the venue, refreshments, and necessary equipment for meetings.

Ensure efficient circulation of reports and information to relevant program stakeholders.
3. Communication and Stakeholder Management

Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders, including organizing sponsorship and handling communications with exhibitors and presenters.

Maintain a database of HR and activity information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
4. General Administrative Duties

Provide ongoing support with document management and ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act.

Offer general administrative support for team-related activities, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Essential Qualifications

RSA III or equivalent qualification.

Proficient in word processing and audio typing.
