Key Responsibilities of a Care Worker
As a Care Worker at Natura Care Solutions, you will be an essential part of our team, helping to improve the quality of life for our clients. Your role will include a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals in your care.
1. Personal Care and Assistance
- Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and hygiene tasks.
- Support clients with mobility and ensure they are comfortable and safe.
2. Community Visits
- Conduct community visits to ensure clients are able to access social services and maintain independent living.
- Monitor and report any changes in the health and well-being of clients to senior care staff.
3. Flexible Shifts
- Work flexible shifts, including day and night shifts, as required by the needs of the clients.
- Weekend work will also be expected, depending on client schedules.
4. Transportation and Travel
- Travel between clients’ homes to provide care and support. A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
5. Record Keeping and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- Report any concerns or changes in the health of clients to the appropriate senior staff or management team.
